营运经理 (2名)

1.职位概述:
根据服务合同以及公司政策流程,制定和实施现场管理计划,带领、指导、训练现场团队为客户提供专业和主动的服务,确保服务质量,提高客户满意度。达到公司在财务和业绩上的期望。
2.任职要求:
a.教育背景
- 大学专科及以上学历
b.工作经验
- 3年以上服务行业工作经验,2年以上管理经验
c.专业技能
- 广泛的客户服务知识
- 出众的分析能力
- 职业敏感度
- 风险管理能力
d.通用技能
- 良好的团队精神
- 良好的服务意识
- 较强的沟通技巧
- 较强的领导力和执行力
- 基本的电脑办公软件(Word,Excel)操作能力
3. 主要职责
a. 合同
- 理解合同条款、服务范围和顾客期望的具体内容,努力满足客户需求;根据合同规定,平衡和管理客户期望
- 有效调配资源,合理控制成本,满足或超越合同要求
- 确保各项工作符合合同约定,并获得客户付款
- 为客户在合同约定之外的服务需求提供建议书并协商报价
b. 客户
- 同客户、顾客紧密合作以保持顾客满意度。根据详细的工作计划,收集、理解和满足客户期望。
- 制定客户业务计划,从而为客户建立积极主动的战略目标
- 定期与客户进行业务回顾以确保(所提供的服务与客户的期望一致)客户的期望与所提供服务保持一致性
c. 营运管理
- 执行公司客户政策、业务流程和标准,确保所有客户业务符合规定
- 建立流程/绩效管理方法,在质量控制、安全、成本和顾客满意度方面进行追踪、分析并提供报告
- 与团队员工共同改进流程
- 为服务团队提供技术和管理指导,合理利用资源,努力提高客户的满意度并降低成本
- 指导服务团队解决营运中出现的问题和挑战(在解决问题和制定决定时,发挥领导作用,确保问题和挑战得以解决)
- 建立安全工作程序,确保安全目标的实现或超越
d.人力资源管理
- 为员工制定培训及发展计划,推动员工发展、提升自身能力和熟练程度
- 为每一名团队成员制定绩效指标并定期进行总结
- 在人力资源部的协助下,招募合适的员工
- 建立和领导一支高度敬业的团队
- 提供人员接替计划
- 与全体员工建立及时、有效的沟通,从而建设强有力的双赢关系
- 定期与管理层人员交流、分享重要信息

1. Job Summary:
According to the service contract and processes outlined by Company policy, BSS Manager, establishes and implements the on-site managing plan, leads the onsite team in a professional and proactive way to provide excellent service, ensures the service quality and improves the customer’s satisfaction, reaches and exceeds the financial and performance objectives.
2. Qualification & Requirements
a. Education Background
- Technological academy and above
b. Working Experience
- 3 years and above working experience in service industry and 2 years and above managing experience
c. Professional Skills
- Extensive knowledge in customer service
- Outstanding analyzing capacity

- Strong leadership and execution
- Basic computer skills (office software – word, excel)
3. Responsibilities:
a. Contract
- Understands the contract terms, conditions, service scope and customers’ expectations at a detailed level ,makes great efforts to customer needs, balancing and managing expectations within contract scope
- Directs management resources to ensure that service levels meet and/or exceed cost effective manner through out the life of the contract
- Ensures that work performance is covered by the contract and properly reimbursed by the client
- Prepares proposals and negotiates profitable compensation for requested work outside the original contract
b. Client
- Works closely with the client & customers to ensure satisfaction. Sodexo Greater China Job Description 74/196 Ensures the capture, understanding and management of client’s expectations in line with a detailed operational plan.
- Establishes a business plan to build strategic initiatives and targets for the client.
- Periodically conducts business reviews with the client to ensure alignment between expectations and delivery.
c. Operational management
- Administers Sodexo policies, business procedures and standards at the account to ensure compliance within the account wide.
- Establishes procedure performance metrics; tracks, analyzes and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Shares procedure improvements with peers.
- Provides the technical and management direction for all facility management service teams and taps into our resources to reduce cost and increase satisfaction.
- Provides operational leadership in problem solving and decision making to ensure that account issues and challenges are resolved proactively.
- Establishes the account safety program and ensures that all safety program goals and objectives are met/exceeded
d. HR management
- Reviews and conducts employee training and development plan to facilitate development and improvement of competencies and proficiencies.
- Conducts performance reviews and goal-setting with key site resources and each employee under the direction.
- Recruit the suitable key management staff for team with the help of HR Dept.
- Establishes and leads a highly engaged account team.
- Provides succession plan.
- Provides timely and effective communications with all employees, in order to build strong win-win relationship.
- Communicates regularly with management to share critical information.
